ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE HAYDEN RUN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting¹ of the Board of Trustees of The Hayden Run Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, commencing at 6:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at the Haydens Crossing North Community Clubhouse, 5316 Spring River Avenue, Dublin, Ohio 43016.

The purposes of the meeting are to:

1. Elect Board officers and Election Committee members.
2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for fiscal year 2023.
3. Consider a resolution levying the Community Development Charge for fiscal year 2023 for the Authority.
4. Consider a resolution extending the designation of the Authority’s accountant through August 2023.
5. Consider a resolution extending the designation of the Authority’s depository bank.
6. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

This meeting is open to the Public.

Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting¹ of the Board of Trustees of The Hayden Run Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Monday, August 17, 2020, commencing at 6:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Pursuant to Ohio House Bill 197, this meeting will be held by teleconference or videoconference as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency. This meeting is open to the public. Members of the public may obtain instructions to observe this meeting and/or submit comments to the Board by e-mailing sandra.christy@squirepb.com, greg.daniels@squirepb.com and pamela.franks@squirepb.com (please copy all addresses).

The purposes of the meeting are to:

1. Elect Board officers and Election Committee Members.
2. Consider a resolution budgeting and appropriating an amount from the Community Development Charge to pay administrative expenses of the Authority and amounts due under the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for fiscal year 2021.
3. Consider a resolution levying the Community Development Charge for fiscal year 2021 for the Authority.

5. Discuss options for conducting the election of members of the Board of Trustees.
6. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of The Hayden Run Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016, commencing at 4:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, at the Hayden Crossing North Community Clubhouse, 5316 Spring River Avenue, Dublin, Ohio 43016.

The purposes of the meeting are to:

1. Receive a briefing from the City of Columbus on the progress and timeline for Phase II of the Hayden Run extension.
2. Consider a resolution approving a depository for the Authority’s money.
3. Consider a motion designating  the public records officer for the Authority.
4. Consider any other business as may properly come before the Board.

(May 4, 2016) – Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Election Committee of the Board of Trustees of The Hayden Run Community Development Authority (the “Authority”) will be held on Monday, May 9, 2016, commencing at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at the Hayden Crossing North Community Clubhouse, 5316 Spring River Avenue, Dublin, Ohio 43016.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss a challenge made to the proceedings for the election for members of the Board of Trustees of the Authority held on April 21, 2016.

This meeting is open to the Public.
